Living Ripples in Action – 3 Stages

Living Ripples is a three-year student wellbeing program funded by philanthropy and backed by research.
Living Ripples partners with schools to improve the resilience and self-confidence of students.
The Living Ripples 3 stage process of; Discovery, Research and School Resources ensure that we help guide the school over the longer term, to celebrate the achievements and to identify and acknowledge new challenges
The school program has three stages:
STAGE ONE

We understand that every school is unique and that schools face different challenges. Our systems and processes ensure that we can help guide the school over the longer term, to celebrate the achievements and to identify and acknowledge new challenges.
A Living Ripples program commences with understanding the school and its requirements through research that includes an online survey of students, teachers and parents. The outcome of this is a Living Ripples Report and implementation plan specifically designed for your school.

STAGE TWO

The Living Ripples Intergenerational Workshop – a collaborative workshop in your school community involving parents, students and teachers; is an experience that will be unique for your school. Live student data equips you to understand the ongoing wellbeing story in your school community.
Living Ripples know that improving student wellbeing takes time. It is the key reason why Living Ripples is a three-year partnership. We also know that schools have several competing demands and can find it difficult to allocate the time and resources required for larger projects.
We support you to identify and prioritise wellbeing school projects.
STAGE THREE

The ongoing nature of the Living Ripples School Program also facilitates ongoing research and analysis that enables the program to monitor student resilience and self-confidence over time and adjust the program to suit the changing needs of the school. Live student data equips you to understand the ongoing wellbeing story in your school community.

As part of the program launch, Living Ripples provides every classroom with access to the Living Ripples Platform that will deliver Living Ripples Sets. This pre-selected content and questions will help build resilience and self-confidence and monitor wellbeing.

Ongoing research analysis and insights in every classroom
Principals and teachers can observe wellbeing and progress in wellbeing and resilience. Our team uses the data to review, inform and adjust the program recommendations as required.
Resilience Resource Library
An online resource library provides support for parents, carers and teachers to access a trusted and curated selection of resources to support children with their wellbeing journey. The Living Ripples team continue to grow this library with quality information from recommended education expertise and program support partners.
